We’re currently looking for S.A.R.P. Members to put their names forward for the following committees:
Finance Committee — Brennen Ronovsky, Chair
The Finance Committee has the following responsibilities:
- Review and monitor the financial activities of the organization on a monthly basis
- Review the CAO financial limitations policies
- Make policy recommendations to the Board of Directors

Governance Committee — Helen Meekins, Chair
The Governance Committee has the following responsibilities:
- Design and conduct a program of orientation for new Directors
- Lead the monitoring and review process for the Board, Committees of the Board and the CAO and recommend revisions as necessary
- Ensure Bylaw and regulatory requirements are met

Nominations Committee — Tara Pedersen, Chair
The Nominations Committee has the following responsibilities:
- Present a list of names of nominees for election to the Board of Directors
- Review membership numbers and qualifications on an annual basis
- Review the nomination packages received for the Annual Awards Program
